How did you first get involved in Taekwondo?
I got involved when I was 7, I wanted a black belt.

2007.
What has been your greatest experience so far within the sport?
Qualifying for the Beijing Olympic Games.
What are your targets for 2009?
I want to win a medal at the World Championships.
What are your targets for the future?
Ultimately I would like to represent Team GB at London 2012 and if I can get to the latter stage, win a medal!
Who inspires you within Taekwondo?
My Mum and Dad have been my main inspiration to compete rather than a renowned Taekwondo athlete.

Floyd Mayweather.
If you had not chosen Taekwondo, which sport would you be playing?
Football.
If you had not become an athlete, which career path would you have followed?
I would have become a joiner.
What is the best thing about being a professional athlete?
You are able to put training first.
What do you enjoy most about academy life?
Not having to work in a standard job means I can concentrate on my goals and targets.
Do you have a skill that people wouldn't expect of you?
I can do a back flip!
