How did you first get involved in taekwondo?
I went to a session after seeing it advertised by the teaching staff in my school.

What has been your greatest experience so far within the sport?
My greatest experience so far has been the Athens Olympics in 2004.
What are your targets for 2009?
I want to compete for a medal in the World Championships.
What are your targets for the future?
I want to be European Champion again as well as competing for a medal when the Olympics comes to London in 2012.
Who inspires you within taekwondo?
Richard Allen was ten time British Champion so he is an important figure for me.
Outside of taekwondo, who is your sporting hero?
Mohammed Ali
If you had not chosen taekwondo, which sport would you be playing?
Football or boxing perhaps.
What is the best thing about being a professional athlete?
I really enjoy the travelling as well as being a role model for younger athletes.
What do you enjoy most about academy life?
I love competing so probably sparring against the other athletes.
