Shi Yanming will be conducting a two day course covering Shaolin basic methods, Shaolin Da Hong Chaun with applications, & Rou Chaun, Shaolin Chi Gong. This course is suitable for beginners/Advanced, these courses are open to none members of the Wrekin Wushu School.
